Privacy policy — text messages (SMS)

This policy covers only the text-messaging program of Visita, a service of Notus Research LLC, which sends messages on behalf of the church you chose on its visit page.

What we collect

Your mobile phone number, the service time you chose, and your consent — stored with the exact text you agreed to, the date, and the page where you gave it.

What it is used for

Only the messages you agreed to: reminders about your visit and one follow-up after the service, from the church you contacted, via Visita. Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Who it is shared with

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The church you contacted can see that you requested a visit; no one else.

How to stop and get help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also write to privacy@notusresearch.com to cancel, request a copy of your data, or request deletion.
